It's a nummus with two roman soldiers holding a spear at the reverse side. Two standards are positionned between the soldiers. The reverse legend is "GLORIA EXERCITVS". The workshop where the coin was stroke is indicared below the soldiers but the quality of your picture is not sufficient to read it. Perhaps some of the colleagues of the forum having eagle eyes could read it.
For the obverse the emperor could be constantine the great or constantine ii. A more detailed picture might help to clarify it.
